This store is based in Australia, and international orders are currently shipped in TRACKED satchels via Australia Post. i wish it was cheaper too!!

im sorry, but right now, due to VAT laws and all sorts of stuff, I cant ship to the UK or Europe!! I've tried Etsy as an alternative that Does ship to EU/UK, but its not viable for me. 

Australian shipping times would be 2-5 working days, international 2-5 weeks. roughly! Understand any delays are out of my control.

Local Australian orders ship through Australia Post's standard service, but contact me if you would like express! I will not offer local pickup to strangers under any circumstances.

international customers contact me if you need express, but understand it will cost quite a lot. 

Once the mail has left my hands, especially for international orders, it is largely out of my control. Please keep in mind I have zero way to find your parcel if it is lost, please contact your local postal service!

In the event that your parcel is lost, please contact me so we can work it out. regardless of the outcome, know that i am not obligated to replace your order as the postage system is out of my control. I work things out on a very case-by-case basis, but will at minimum not cover shipping for a replacement, as i would already be out of pocket for the merchandise.

I do not accept change of mind refunds/returns due to the nature of shipment. In the event that you need an order canceled for a very clear reason, please contact me as soon as possible to organize a cancellation. Please understand if I've already shipped it there is nothing I can do!
